How do I setup dialup service?
Setup is easy. You can call our office for help, or you can follow these instructions. Click Here.
What equipment/software do I need for dialup?
You will need a dialup modem installed in your computer, a phone line, and a working internet browser of your choice. An operating system of at least Windows 98SE or Mac OSX is preferred to provide better service and support.
What is included in the dialup price?
The price includes that particular packages amount of online time, and support for connection issues. Email accounts can be added for an additional fee of $2 for each email account per month.
What extra costs will I need to pay?
Com-Link has no extra costs. If you have the 150 hour dialup plan your account will be locked until the beginning of the next month.
It says that my username or password was rejected by the server. What is happening?
Please call our office if you encounter this problem. The answer is usually a misspelled password, or the computer has forgotten the saved password. Simply re-typing both username and password often solve these issues.
